Terms of Service

By accessing or using Travlogue, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Travlogue. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Travlogue offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Pro access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

You retain ownership of the trips, itineraries, notes, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you and to the collaborators you invite.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law;
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

The service integrates third-party providers (including sign-in, payment, weather, mapping, and imagery providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and provide them on an as-available basis.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any unavailability of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Travel information, weather, routes, and other data are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important details independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travlogue and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
